May 18-June 13 Drop- In- $19.00 Description: Let step up your yoga game ! Sign-up for this heart pumping, mind release class. Participants will increase strength via strength training poses to build muscle, cardio, and yoga poses to improve flexibility and calm the mind. Select a day and time for 5 sessions.
